“We’re excited to officially announce that we have acquired Houseplanet Distribution in Spain.”
Since 2006 Houseplanet Distribution, located in Madrid, Spain, focuses on the distribution of house music. We’re excited to now be merging to the Symphonic community a company that encompasses the same core values of deep commitment to the independent dance music scene and exceptional customer service. This recent acquisition will allow Symphonic to have a footprint not only in the house music genre but also the European music market.
Through Symphonic, Houseplanet labels will now have more tools available to help increase the revenue of their music, including an upgraded system allowing them to deliver their music to a larger network of stores, enhanced calculated royalties, rights management, marketing services and more, with the same familiar faces they know from Houseplanet. The Houseplanet staff will be joining Symphonic’s Sales and Support team, which will make the transition seamless and maintaining the familiar faces clients know.
